Join Breathe With Me and Songbird Sound Therapy for a transformative Sunday afternoon of Cacao, Breathwork, and Sound bath. We'll begin with a grounding practice, setting intentions and easing into a calming pranayama to center ourselves. From there, you'll be guided through a heart-opening cacao ceremony, designed to deepen connection and prepare the mind and body for the journey ahead. Next, you’ll experience a rejuvenating breathwork session that will energize and restore, followed by the soothing vibrations of a crystal bowl sound bath, creating space for relaxation, balance, and renewal. This is your time to reset and reconnect – mind, body, and soul.
